By accessing or using Paw Pix ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Paw Pix provides an AI-powered platform that transforms pet photos into stylized artwork. Users can generate digital images and purchase physical products featuring their generated artwork, including but not limited to canvas prints, apparel, and accessories.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any photos you upload to the Service. By uploading photos, you grant Paw Pix a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and transform your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any photos you upload, and that your photos do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
5. Generated Content
AI-generated images created through the Service are for your personal use. You may use, download, and print generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes. The generated images are created using artificial intelligence and may not perfectly represent your pet.
6. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping and taxes.
Physical products are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Delivery times vary based on product type and shipping destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
7. Credits and Refunds
Generation credits are non-refundable once purchased. If an image generation fails due to a technical error on our part, credits will be automatically refunded to your account.
For physical products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund at our discretion.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Upload photos you do not have rights to use
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell or commercially distribute generated images without permission
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paw Pix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
